Digital Marketing Internship

The marketing Internship is an exciting opportunity for someone who has an interest in the marketing field. Interns can apply their education, skills, and experience while gaining practical marketing knowledge in a higher education setting. They can also be a part of a team that’s all about providing solutions. As the Marketing Intern, you’ll work on strategic projects, assist the management staff, and learn from a team of professionals.

As a marketing intern, I know that job duties and responsibilities are crucial and determine the success or failure of services.

Requirements include An interest in the marketing field or related field, excellent writing and communication skills, strong attention to detail, organizational and administrative skills, ability to take direction, ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision, ability to maintain confidentiality, reliability, flexibility, creativity, and proficient use in Microsoft Office and Google Docs, Sheets, etc. Applicants must have the ability to function in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Work closely with staff on the promotion of the organization as it relates to driving ticket sales revenue.
• Facilitate primary marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and maintain radio station correspondence.
• Plan and implement special event marketing.
• Promote our services.
• Digital media marketing involvement
• Contribute and advance social media content.
• Create and implement marketing strategies and promotions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Participate in special promotions around the area of business interest which may include weekends.
• Collaborate with management to identify, plan, and develop methods and procedures to obtain greater efficiency.
• Fulfil general administrative tasks.
• Complete special projects as assigned by management.

Commitment

We request that interns be available from April 1st, 2024 through July 30th 15th (5-10 hours per week). Our office hours are 9 AM-5 PM Monday through Friday. These hours are flexible to accommodate your class schedule. It is possible to have extended hours, weekend hours, and special activities.
