An Integrated Farm Hub and a Digital Platform — the AgriFAAS Connect Farm Manager

The AgriFAAS Farm Hub is a standardized, modular, solar-powered irrigation farming system that integrates physical infrastructure with the AgriFAAS Farm Manager digital platform. The model is designed for scalability across 10–250+ acres and structured to deliver predictable operations, diversified revenue streams, and climate resilience. Each hub operates as a self-contained production and aggregation center capable of replication across regions.

The Digital Platform

The AgriFAAS Farm Manager has been live since June 2025 and carries 25+ farm-management modules, including:

  • Farm Operations Management — GPS-mapped fields, input and inventory logs, harvest and sales records
  • Financial Control & Reporting — automated books, cost tracking, and a Financial Insights Agent powered by AI
  • HR & Payroll Automation — including worker and labor cost management for hub operations
  • AEO & Cooperative Suite — extension officers log farm visits, capture farmer interactions, and generate compliance reports in the same workflow as the farm data
  • AI Insights — nine insight modules plus expected-vs-actual yield tracking
  • Offline-first design — a progressive web app built for low-connectivity rural environments, with multi-currency support

Because every hub runs on the platform, an AgriFAAS farm builds a verified digital identity — a commercial history that lenders, input suppliers, and off-takers can read and trust, de-risking input credit and market access for smallholders.

The Physical Farm Hubs

The Tsiame Farm Hub in Ghana’s Volta Region is our 20-acre solar-irrigated launch site, now under construction — the first step toward a 100-acre hub that serves as the launchpad for replication across Ghana’s sub-regions. Each hub integrates solar-powered irrigation, water storage (a 200,000-litre storage system is targeted at Tsiame), extended growing seasons, and diversified crop and livestock production.
