Our flagship venture, AgriFAAS Connect, is built to address the sector’s hardest problems: food scarcity, high operational costs, fragmented data, and limited access to finance.
From Experience, Not Slides
AgriFAAS wasn’t designed in a boardroom. It grew out of a founder-run pilot farm (2021–2024) where revenue more than tripled in year two, nearly doubled again in year three — and then fell 73% in the 2024 drought, because the pieces that could have saved the season existed but weren’t connected. The AgriFAAS Farm Manager platform is the answer to that lesson: one system where field records, inputs, financials, and extension visits live together.
What’s Running Today
- The digital platform — live since June 2025 with 25+ farm-management modules: GPS-mapped fields, input and inventory logs, financial reporting, HR and payroll, an AEO extension suite, and AI insights. Offline-first, built for low-connectivity rural environments.
- Real adoption — 38 agribusinesses and 89 users on the platform, with 111 extension officers trained and 50 agripreneurs launched (35 of them women).
- The physical layer — the Tsiame Farm Hub in Ghana’s Volta Region: a 20-acre solar-irrigated site under construction, the first step toward a 100-acre hub and replication of standardized 10–250+ acre hubs across Ghana’s sub-regions.
Why Data Changes Everything
The biggest unlock isn’t a sensor — it’s a verified digital identity for every farm. When a smallholder’s inputs, yields, and sales history are recorded in a system lenders and off-takers can read, input credit stops being a gamble and market access stops being a rumor. That’s the future AgriFAAS is building: farm hubs and one platform, from field to finances.
